How do I book a taxi from Bangkok to Hua Hin?
Fill in the booking form with your route, date, time, number of passengers and vehicle. We check availability and confirm by LINE, WhatsApp or email.
Do I have to pay online when I book?
No. Nothing is charged at the time of booking. How and when to pay is set out in your confirmation.
Is the Hua Hin taxi fare per person or per car?
Per car. The fixed fare covers the whole vehicle, with fuel and expressway tolls included.
How far in advance should I book a Hua Hin airport transfer?
As early as possible, particularly over holidays and for airport pickups. We also take short-notice requests whenever a car and chauffeur are free.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes, free of charge up to 1 day before pickup. A last-minute cancellation or change after the car has arrived carries a waiting fee of 300–500 THB.
On the day
How will I know who my driver is?
Before pickup, we send the chauffeur’s name and vehicle details through the channel you chose.
Can we make stops on the way to Hua Hin?
Yes. A short comfort stop is fine. Visiting an attraction along the way is +500 THB per attraction.
What happens if I’m running late?
Message us as soon as you can and we’ll adjust where possible. A change made after the car has arrived may incur a waiting fee.
Do you charge extra on public holidays?
Over New Year (20 Dec–10 Jan), Chinese New Year, Songkran and other major festivals, a surcharge of 300–500 THB applies.
Can I reach you during the journey?
Yes. Our support team is on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Airports & flights
Which airports do you pick up from?
Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang airports in Bangkok, for both arrivals and departures.
Where does the driver meet me at the airport?
In the arrivals hall after customs, holding a sign with your name.
What if my flight is delayed?
Add your flight number when you book. We track the flight and move the pickup to your actual landing time.
What time should I leave Hua Hin to catch my flight?
Allow roughly three to four hours on the road, plus your airline’s check-in time. We’ll suggest a pickup time when we confirm.
Can you pick me up from the airport late at night?
Yes. We run 24 hours a day, including early-morning and late-night flights.
Luggage, children & pets
How much luggage can I bring?
Each vehicle shows a guide luggage capacity. For extra or oversized items, tell us when you book and we’ll recommend a suitable car.
Can you take golf bags or surfboards?
Yes, in the right vehicle. An SUV, MPV or van usually works best. Please mention them in your booking notes.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, on request, at +300 THB per seat. Let us know your child’s age so we can fit the right seat.
Can I bring a pram or wheelchair?
Yes. Mention it when booking so we keep enough luggage space free.
Can I travel with my pet?
Small pets in a carrier can often be accommodated. Ask when you book and we’ll confirm a suitable vehicle.
